📘 User Guide

🔑 Login

  1. Open the User Login Form.
  2. Enter your Gmail and Password.

Forgot Password:

  1. Enter your Gmail.
  2. Check your Gmail for the OTP sent by the system.
  3. Enter your OTP and verify it.
  • If valid → Proceed to change your password.
  • If invalid → “Invalid OTP” message appears.
  • The OTP is valid for 10 minutes.

📝 Register Account

  1. Fill out the registration form:
    • Full Name
    • Gmail
    • Password
    • Confirm Password
  2. Click Register.
  3. A 6-digit OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your Gmail.
  4. Enter the OTP in the verification form to activate your account.
  • The OTP is valid for 10 minutes.
  • If verified → You can now log in.
  • If OTP expired → Request a new OTP and verify again.

👤 User Dashboard

Update your profile information first before registering your vehicle.

If your profile is incomplete, you cannot register your vehicle.

🚗 Vehicle Registration

  1. Fill out the vehicle registration form.
  2. Click Register.
  3. Wait for admin approval.
  • If approved → A QR Code will be generated and sent to your Gmail.
  • Your email will include your registration status (Approved/Rejected).
  • You can also view and download your QR Code in the dashboard.

♻️ Vehicle Renewal

The system checks the validity of your registration.

  • If valid → You cannot renew yet.
  • If expired → You can renew your vehicle.

Vehicle validity lasts 1 year.

You can also view your gate entry logs in the dashboard.
